Returns
We do not accept returns on any items unless the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition. If the product is damaged during delivery, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
The product must be reported as damaged or defective within 24 hours of delivery. The damage must have occurred during shipping, and clear evidence (e.g., photos, unboxing videos) must be provided. The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
Process for Returning Damaged Items:
Contact our customer support team at vainavigoodies@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and evidence of the damage. Our team will review your request and may offer a replacement or refund based on the evaluation.
Refunds:
If approved, refunds will be processed within 1-2 days after the evidence (i.e. unboxing video, images) is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that are not damaged or defective due to shipping will not be eligible for return or refund. Custom-made, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Exceptions if you have any issues with your order that do not involve damage during delivery, please contact us directly.
